Senior RTR Accountant

We are seeking a Senior RTR Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Record to Report (RTR) processes, with expertise in IFRS and US GAAP standards. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end RTR process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. - Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting and compliance matters. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. - Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors. - Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance within the organization. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of RTR processes and financial reporting. - Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP. - Experience with general ledger management and month-end close activities. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
