Senior Ruby Backend Engineer — Ownership & Impact (London)

Oliver Bernard is seeking an experienced Ruby Engineer to join a bootstrapped SaaS company in London. You’ll own backend services on a high-traffic, customer-facing platform and shape product direction with genuine ownership.

The role is backend-focused with a strong emphasis on scalable Ruby/Rails architectures, working four days a week in the Central London office, within a small, founder-led team with a collaborative culture.
