Senior Safety Officer

• Monitor and enforce adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Investigate incidents accidents and near misses; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.

• Deliver safety inductions and training programs for new and existing employees.

• Maintain and update safety records logs and reports in accordance with local legal requirements and company procedures.

• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness at all times.

• Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and correctly used.

• Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to create a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on local HSE legislation trends and best practices.
