We are seeking seasoned Senior Sales Advisors to become part of our dynamic, goal-oriented team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Outbound call centre sales experience
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments
- Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and various CRM platforms
- Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Collections and Debt review sales experience (advantageous)
- Matric Certificate
- Clear ITC and criminal record
- Proven sales experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Debt Review processes and CRM systems (Advantageous)
- Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous)
