Job Summary

Key role in the retail store sales team providing customer service and working with store sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with management team to achieve established sales and productivity goals
• Assisting in maintaining store appearance and good working condition
• Greet customers and provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
• Address customer questions and resolve customer complaints ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Maintain awareness of products and all promotions and advertisements
• Attend mandatory monthly store meetings
