About the Client:

This is a growing cleaning services company with Australian operations, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator. This is not an order-taking or quiet admin role. You'll be at the center of how the business wins and delivers sales.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate one-off sales jobs from first enquiry to completion, keeping customers, the internal team, and service partners aligned
• Prepare accurate, well-presented tenders, proposals, and quotes
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and quotes and convert them into booked work
• Keep the Salesforce pipeline accurate and up to date
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales Manager
• Spot repetitive tasks and automate or simplify them, using AI tools daily
• Provide diary and appointment support for the sales team and management

What you'll bring:

• At least 5 years of sales support or sales coordination experience, ideally in a service industry, with a track record of managing multiple priorities at pace
• A confident phone manner, clear spoken English, and strong persuasion skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel
• Very high attention to detail
• The ability to juggle many tasks and follow through without being told what to do
• Comfort using AI tools daily
• Ability to navigate SharePoint

Bonus points:

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• Graphic design skills
• Experience automating or improving processes (Salesforce flows, templates, integrations)
