Senior Sales Engineer $5.8K - $6.8K + VB up to 2.5 months + AWS / Comm + Transport Allowance (Jurong / Tuas)

Key Duties

• Hunt, qualify and convert new accounts across the Construction and Industrial Sectors
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, technical consultation, quotation, negotiation and closing
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Grow share of wallet within existing accounts through proactive account management
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer application and site requirements
• Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and after-sales support
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow through on collections within agreed payment terms
• Track market activity, competitor movement and pipeline; report progress to management
• Travel overseas occasionally to support customers based outside Singapore

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a relevant industry trade
• Background in Industrial, Construction, Equipment or Technical B2B sales is highly relevant
• Experience with hydraulic hoses or fluid connectors is an advantage, not a prerequisite
• Self-driven, willing to travel overseas as required
