Senior Sales Executive
- Support and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive sustainable growth and market expansion.
- Support customer relationship management and provide strategic sales guidance to key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee coordination of major customer projects in alignment with company strategy and organisational direction.
- Analyse customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide strategic input for new product development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain robust account management processes and customised customer action plans to maximise revenue potential.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines and quality standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Manage customer product complaints and quality issues, ensuring swift resolution in accordance with company procedures and maintaining customer confidence.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related discipline. Equivalent qualifications or several years of relevant experience in the industrial coatings sector will also be considered.
- Several years of proven experience in B2B sales and key account management, preferably within the coatings industry.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organisational levels.
- Able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines with confidence.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 60% of working time) within the ASEAN region.
