Senior Sales Executive
Handle daily sales operations, process orders and coordinate deliveries for distributors across Asia.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels and sales forecasts to ensure targets are met.
Liaise with distributors to follow up on orders, resolve delivery issues and ensure timely product supply.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and in-store display activities with distributors.
Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor market trends, sales performance and competitor activities.
Follow up on distributor payments, credit terms, sales claims, rebates and credit notes.
Assist in preparing and reviewing distribution agreements and ensuring proper documentation.
Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, to ensure smooth daily operations and support business planning.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in relevant industries
Min 2 years relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Location: Macpherson
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5.30pm)
Salary: Up to $5000
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
