Senior Sales Executive (Project)

Job Summary:

Responsible for sales and marketing of building materials for construction projects, developing new customers and project opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Requires at least 4 years of relevant sales experience, knowledge of building materials, and a valid driving license.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and marketing activities for building materials and products for building and construction projects.
• Identify new customers and potential construction projects to expand business opportunities.
• Regularly visit existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Support and guide junior sales staff to achieve sales objectives.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service and support.
• Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Economics, English, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing for building and construction projects or a related field.
• Good knowledge of building materials or products for construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive a car.
