About the Role

HR-EX Consulting is seeking a commercially driven Senior Sales Lead to grow B2B revenue, lead the sales team, close major deals, and drive profitability, collections, and consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive personal revenue, gross-profit, and collections targets while managing B2B team performance.
• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close major business opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across lighting, HVAC, lifts/escalators, electrical systems, and related offerings.
• Manage tenders, proposals, and major commercial submissions.
• Oversee customer commitments and collections in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the B2B sales team, ensuring accountability and target achievement.
• Manage strategic accounts, territories, customer relationships, and opportunity ownership.
• Review sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-through.
• Support sales operations when the Sales Manager is unavailable, in alignment with the Sales Manager.
• Perform other sales and commercial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of proven B2B or technical sales experience, with evidence of personally originating and closing deals.
• Experience leading or supervising a B2B sales team.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical/building systems, elevators, MEP, construction materials, industrial products, technical distribution, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage complex sales involving tenders, proposals, negotiations, and project delivery.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, relationship management, and executive communication skills.
• Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
