Senior Sales Manager (BSS/OSS)

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and enterprise solution sales within the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key telecommunications customers and decision-makers.
• Drive sales of BSS/OSS and digital transformation solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across new and existing accounts.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity identification and solution discussions through negotiation and closing.
• Work closely with technical and regional teams to develop solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Support regional business opportunities and strategic accounts when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience within telecommunications or enterprise technology.
• Must have hands-on sales experience and strong knowledge of BSS and/or OSS solutions.
• Strong existing customer relationships and network within the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution sales, business development and key account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience selling cloud or other telecom digital transformation solutions will be an advantage.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
