We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to take full commercial ownership of our global charter activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Full revenue ownership for your assigned markets and broker portfolio
- Strategic positioning of our fleet within the global broker market and on Avinode
- Leading negotiations and closing complex international charter deals
- Building and expanding a global broker network
- Close coordination with Operations and CAMO to maximize fleet utilization
- Identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities
- Representing Platoon Aviation at international industry events
- Solid experience in business jet charter sales, ideally within the international B2B broker market
- Confident use of Avinode for strategic fleet positioning
- Operational understanding of aircraft performance, scheduling, and cost structures
- Experience aligning commercial strategy with OPS and CAMO
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Unrestricted EU-passport or right to work in the EU
- Willingness to work on-site and in shifts at our Hamburg headquarters
- Willingness to travel internationally to strengthen client relationships
