Job Description & Requirement
- In Charge of the profitablility of the site;
- Assigned task to various workers and supervisors;
- Allocated right man for the right jobs;
- Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements;
- Monitor the materials usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost;
- Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around;
- Attend new site show round when required for newix) tender participation;
- Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule;
- Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects;
- Make sure that montly progress payment claim are submitted on time;
- Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is requested by architects;
- Discussion on project amount
