About the Role
Soueast Nigeria is seeking experienced Sales professionals to support its expansion across Nigeria. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the respective markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership operations.
