About the job The role is responsible for driving the overall effectiveness, productivity, governance, and product performance of the Sales Network by managing sales performance, market competitiveness, workforce optimization, operational support, risk controls, product roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery. The position ensures that sales channels, POS performance, workforce deployment, incentive programs, partner-related initiatives, and product enhancements are aligned to business objectives, customer needs, sustainable growth, and good governance standards. What You Will Do Sales Network Performance, Market, and Governance Management:· Conduct competitor product comparison, benchmarking, market monitoring, and market share performance reviews to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning gaps across POS and sales channels.· Analyze POS ranking, sales velocity trends, approval behavior, and channel-level performance indicators to support data-driven decisions and improve Sales Network productivity.· Support the improvement of risk management and control frameworks across the Sales Network, including monitoring of high-risk POS, abnormal sales behaviors, zero-approval cases, and other compliance indicators.· Implement and monitor governance controls that safeguard portfolio quality while enabling sustainable sales growth.· Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to Sales leadership and relevant stakeholders to support business reviews and decision-making. Product Management and Cross-Functional Delivery:· Manage and support the product roadmap for Sales Network-related products, features, tools, and process enhancements, ensuring timely delivery in line with business priorities.· Coordinate with Product, Sales, Online, Operations, IT, Risk, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, validate business cases, and support implementation of product initiatives.· Support the creation, launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement of products and services that improve customer acquisition, POS productivity, partner performance, and channel effectiveness.· Use customer, market, sales, and portfolio data to identify product gaps, recommend enhancements, and ensure that features and solutions remain competitive, compliant, and commercially viable.· Track product performance indicators such as customer volumes, loan volumes, product LTV, revenue contribution, cost efficiency, and adoption of new features or services.
