Duties

• Lead and develop a high-growth sales team with clear KPIs, scalable processes, and strong Salesforce discipline
• Establish structure, vision, and accountability across the sales organization
• Analyze performance metrics to understand wins/losses and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive proactive outbound sales and marketing strategies to engage major corporate clients
• Provide hands-on coaching to sales reps and foster a culture of growth and high performance
• Represent the company with confidence and professionalism in pitches and executive-level conversations
• Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with sales goals; collaborate on pricing and RFQs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Experience in Account Management and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of CRMs
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Travel to work alongside remote sales team members throughout the US as needed
