About the Role:

Join an exisiting project within this NSW Government department supporting the configuration/implementation of a key Salesforce project. This role requires developers with extensive experience working in fast paced environments and who can hit the ground running to support the delivery.

Key Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Process Builders migration, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Proven experience in developing and using Salesforce APIs and web services, with a solid understanding of external integrations.
  • Skilled in using CI/CD tools, like Azure DevOps or Gearset, for managing automated deployments and version control.
  • Experience in Salesforce platform SME roles that involve activities like data management, configuration and automation, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in ensuring code quality through comprehensive unit testing.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field, and/or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing high quality development services that meet technical standards and architectural directions given tight timeframes and high volumes.
  • Providing concise advice and anticipating and handling potential problems and interdependencies in a dynamic and complex working environment where there may be conflicting user needs.
  • Building a solid understanding of complex application environment, related election delivery processes and interdependencies.
  • Building and maintaining technical skills and keeping pace with the changing technology landscape and new ways of working.
