We are looking for a Senior Developer to configure and develop Salesforce solutions, with a focus on transitioning data models and supporting platform architecture. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong hands-on expertise across core Salesforce clouds and be capable of designing and implementing scalable, integrated
solutions that align with evolving business data requirements. This role is critical for driving platform modernization efforts and ensuring the underlying data architecture supports long-term business needs.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the kind of person who

  • Configure and develop Salesforce solutions to support the migration from managed package objects to a
  • custom or industry-specific data model
  • Design, build, and maintain solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes

  • Develop and configure Omnistudio components, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration
  • Procedures, and Flex Cards
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce

  • Support data model transitions, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to existing processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues across Salesforce modules
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for ongoing maintenance and knowledge

Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration, or related experience
  • Proven experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Omnistudio tools, including Omniscripts, Data Mappers, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards
  • Apex development experience is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and platform architecture principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and business

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data migration and system configuration
