Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
Salary: $9,000 – $11,000 per month
About the role
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs. Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions. Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs
- Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions
- Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations
About you
- 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience with the ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds
- Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation
