Emagine is hiring a Senior SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert in Abu Dhabi to lead S/4HANA finance transformation initiatives, providing strategic expertise across FI/CO, Group Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and Treasury while managing stakeholders, overseeing program delivery, and mentoring SAP consultants.
Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 25 years of extensive expertise in SAP Finance, enterprise digital transformation, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations. The primary goal is to provide strategic leadership in the finance transformation domain, ensuring measurable business value across complex organizations.
Main Responsibilities:
Finance Transformation Leadership: Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives across various business units and regions.
Solution Expertise: Serve as the SAP FICO SME, providing deep expertise in multiple finance areas.
Business Process Transformation: Transform finance processes, ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Engage executive leadership to align finance solutions with business objectives.
Program Delivery: Oversee project phases, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various SAP teams to ensure integrated business processes.
Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor SAP consultants and support capability building initiatives.
Key Requirements:
25+ years of experience in SAP Finance & large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
Deep knowledge of Group Reporting, Revenue Recognition, and Treasury.
Experience in defining finance transformation roadmaps and governance.
Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
Nice to Have:
MBA (Finance) or relevant advanced qualifications (CA, CPA, CMA).
Experience with SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, VAT/GST compliance.
