What You'll Do
- Lead daily service and maintenance operations.
- Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and security systems.
- Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and technicians.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CCTV, Access Control, or Security Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team supervision experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid Class 3 / 3A Driving Licence
