Job Summary
Join Trinet Technologies as a Senior Service Engineer to lead and execute installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily service and maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems to maintain operational reliability
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs and projects by coordinating resources and managing schedules
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and resolve complex technical issues
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of service reports and operational activities for compliance and quality tracking
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A Driving Licence (essential for travel to service sites)
