Your main responsibilities and challenges:
Preparing solution designs and related high-level documentation for assigned projects.
Presenting proposed solutions to clients and advising on implementation options.
Coordinating technical topics with other delivery teams and stakeholders, as required.
Coordinating the technical work of an assigned delivery team.
Reviewing technical deliverables of team members and providing feedback.
Contributing to the definition of implementation scope for assigned work.
Supporting the professional development of less experienced colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of ServiceNow project experience.
9+ months of experience as Architect or Tech Leader.
Strong knowledge across ServiceNow’s capabilities (beyond the core features).
Hands-on experience with code reviews, upgrades, and release processes.
Solid technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
Understanding of ITIL processes and how to apply them.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills – able to convey complex technical information using non-technical language.
