Senior ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Salary: Up to $150k p.a. + + Super + 14% Bonus

The Low Down

We're looking for a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting HRSD solutions while delivering ongoing platform improvements, integrations and automation initiatives. Working closely with HR and Technology teams, you'll help drive a modern and scalable employee experience platform.

Core Tasks

• Design, configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
• Build and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API integration experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors, UKG or similar HR platforms.
