Key Responsibilities | 主要職責
Monitor and expedite inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, disruptions, and transportation issues.

Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Identify carrier service failures and process claims or credit requests according to carrier guidelines.

Arrange expedited shipping solutions when required, including next-flight-out, hot shot, and drop shipment services.
因應緊急需求安排加急運輸方案，包括最快航班、專車配送及直運服務。
Prepare competitive domestic and international freight quotations while balancing cost and service quality.

Investigate missing or delayed shipments and initiate freight claims when necessary.

Support freight auditing activities to ensure billing accuracy.
