Senior/ Site Engineer (APS)
Summary
Oversee daily electrical installation work for MRT projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with LTA standards, safety, and schedules while coordinating with teams and subcontractors.
Job Scope
- Supervise daily APS installation works on MRT projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work complies with LTA standards, quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet construction schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
- Review drawings, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system handover.
- Prepare reports, inspection records, method statements, and as-built documentation.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical, MRT, or LTA projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of LV power systems, UPS, transformers, electrical drawings, and testing & commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LTA procedures, QA/QC, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
