Senior Site Reliability Engineer
In this role you will ensure the reliability and performance of our platform You will bridge development and operations to own the health of production systems You will collaborate with our US and international engineering teams to keep services available and responsive
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Platform Engineering team to implement reliability guardrails ensuring AWS based applications meet uptime and SLA requirements
- Own the deployment pipelines and code management practices via GitHub
- Lead rapid response troubleshooting during production incidents and conduct blameless post mortems to harden our systems
- Implement advanced monitoring logging and alerting to proactively detect and mitigate system anomalies
- Act as a technical bridge between US operations and international engineering hubs using bilingual communication for technical alignment
Requirements
- Experience deploying and running applications on AWS along with advanced Git workflows and GitHub Actions
- Proficiency in monitoring tools, log management, and scripting for quick triage and troubleshooting
- Ownership transparency and strong communication with end to end responsibility for production health
- High psychological resilience and the ability to stay positive during steady operations and focused during high stakes incidents
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective cross border technical alignment
