Senior Software Developer - AI Platform Engineering
About the Opportunity
Dayforce is building a next-generation Agent Platform to power intelligent automation, AI-driven workflows, and tool-enabled execution across our product ecosystem.
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design and build core services that enable secure, scalable, and observable AI agent execution. This role focuses on deep technical implementation, platform reliability, and enabling engineering teams to successfully integrate with Agent Platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on software engineer who thrives in distributed systems environments and enjoys solving complex backend and infrastructure challenges.
Due to the nature of the work supporting the Government of Canada, candidates must meet applicable citizenship and security clearance requirements.
