What You'll Work On:

• Develop scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build GenAI-powered solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, and vector database integrations.
• Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama into practical applications.
• Build REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Explore tool calling, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and multi-step AI workflows.
• Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and quality of AI-powered applications.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with API development, backend systems, and database integration.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
• CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• LLM evaluation, guardrails, and AI application deployment.
• Cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.
