Job Title: Senior Software Developer
Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, ECR, CodeArtifact.
- Work with GitHub and GitOps for version control and deployment automation.
- Develop and deploy microservices using Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
- Integrate and optimize services with AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
- Work with Kafka for event streaming and JWT authentication for secure API access.
- Create, manage, and query databases using DynamoDB and Oracle.
- Generate reports using Jasper Reports.
- Troubleshoot and monitor application performance with Splunk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java 8, 17, and 21.
- Strong experience with GitHub, GitOps, and CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, ECR, CodeArtifact, Secrets, S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
- Experience with JWT authentication and ArgoCD.
- Good understanding of Kafka, DynamoDB, and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.
- Experience with Jasper Reports for reporting solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
