We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our collaborative technology team and play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions that drive business success.

How you create impact
- Leverage AI to improve engineering efficiency today while actively contributing to our long-term AI-first engineering vision. You'll experiment with new AI capabilities, identify opportunities to automate development workflows, and help us continuously evolve how AI supports software delivery across the entire development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using modern development practices.
- Lead technical investigations, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root-cause analysis across distributed systems and services.
- Analyze business requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, refactoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical designs, and engineering knowledge repositories using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Wiki, or similar platforms.
- Utilize AI tools and services to enhance development efficiency, improve code quality, automate engineering tasks, and contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities where appropriate.
- Mentor and support fellow developers, collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, UX Designers, and other stakeholders, and take ownership of solutions through deployment and production support.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience within enterprise environments.
- Passionate about the future of AI in software engineering and actively explores how AI can improve not only individual productivity but the software development process as a whole.
- Practical experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies is highly desirable. Experience designing, building, or experimenting with AI agents, reusable skills, MCP, and AI-driven workflows that automate software engineering activities is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Solid experience with relational databases, SQL, and database technologies such as Oracle and Liquibase.
- Experience building and supporting REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.
- Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS, along with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
