Senior Software Engineer — AI Automation

Compensation: $220k – $300k • No equity

**Role Focus** AITrainingJobs.org is hiring a senior software engineer to own job ingestion and publishing automation for our AI training job directory. You will build reliable pipelines that bring partner listings onto the site, keep data clean and well categorized, and ensure listings meet SEO and Google for Jobs requirements. This is hands-on Python and WordPress platform work in the RLHF and evaluation hiring space — not theme styling or annotation-only work. **Core Responsibilities** * Design and maintain integrations that ingest partner job feeds and publish listings reliably. * Build and operate automated pipelines for enrichment, quality checks, and scheduled publishing. * Improve categorization and data quality so visitors find relevant AI training roles. * Keep structured job data (JobPosting schema, Google for Jobs) accurate and complete. * Extend and maintain Python services and WordPress-backed features in production. * Own listing lifecycle: new roles, updates, and retiring stale or closed postings. **Required Qualifications** * 5+ years software engineering with strong Python and comfort shipping PHP/WordPress when needed. * Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, RLHF, human-feedback tooling, or ML data pipelines. * Built ETL or sync systems: scheduled jobs, idempotent imports, deduping, and audit trails. * Care about data quality — miscategorized or incomplete listings hurt SEO and trust on a live directory. * Independent ownership of ambiguous problems in a small, high-impact team. **Benefits & Logistics** Fully remote, async-friendly collaboration with the founder.
