Senior Software Engineer

Builds and maintains a field force automation platform using .NET, React, Flutter, and Python, while integrating AI features like RAG and vector search.
We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of RetailAIM, our in-house field force automation platform.This role goes beyond traditional software development. You will develop modern web and mobile applications, build scalable backend services, and play a key role in integrating Agentic AI capabilities into our products. From AI-powered assistants and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to vector search and intelligent automation, you'll help shape the future of enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web, mobile, and backend applications using modern technologies including .NET, React, Flutter, and Python.
- Build scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and AI-powered features while ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Develop and integrate Agentic AI capabilities such as AI agents, RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, and vector search to enhance product intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, participating in technical design, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining full ownership, code quality, and engineering excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in full-stack software development using C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, working with SQL databases, and building scalable backend services.
- Familiarity with Flutter for mobile development and Python (FastAPI) is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, database optimization, and cloud-native application architecture.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (e.g., pgvector), or a strong interest in learning these technologies.
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex to improve productivity while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and maintainable software.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about learning new technologies in a fast-paced Agile environment.
