Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You will work in a cross-functional Agile team to deliver end-to-end applications, APIs, and services while contributing to technical design, code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end, back-end, and API-based applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Implement and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues while ensuring application reliability and performance.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Lead testing strategies, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance on software architecture and best practices.
• Support solution design and contribute to technology, tooling, and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, or TypeScript (Angular/React/Next.js).
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, OOP, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams and conduct code reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps toolchains.
• Exposure to software architecture and system design.
