Senior Software Engineer (App development )

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications and full-stack web solutions that deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance user experiences.

• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver business-critical applications.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, authentication services, databases, and cloud-based solutions across mobile and web platforms.

• Ensure application reliability, security, performance, and scalability through best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment.

• Implement and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and release management.

• Conduct code reviews, contribute to technical design decisions, and promote software development best practices.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications and systems to meet evolving business requirements.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and operational procedures.

• Provide technical guidance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Experience with React, Next.js, .NET, Java, or equivalent modern development frameworks.

• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience building cloud-native or hybrid applications.

• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.

• Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or DevOps.

• Experience in Android application development using technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and modern architectural patterns.

• Strong full-stack web development experience using modern frontend and backend frameworks.

• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and integration services.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.

• Understanding of application security, authentication protocols, encryption, and secure coding practices.

• Experience implementing testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in collaborative, Agile, or cross-functional development environments.

• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
