Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, Java ).
- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, participating actively in code reviews.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and drive technical excellence within the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development .
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python , Go, or Java.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
