Summary
Fullstack engineer on the Portals team building customer-facing self-service portals for subscriptions, billing, and account management at a fast-growing SaaS company. As a Fullstack engineer on the Portals team, you will build customer-facing portals that enable secure, scalable self-service experiences. You’ll integrate internal systems (billing, CRM, product services) with external users, driving smooth customer journeys and reducing friction. You’ll own features end-to-end—from architecture to production—while collaborating with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support. - Design and develop customer-facing portals for subscriptions, billing, and account management
- Build robust backend services and APIs powering portal workflows
- Integrate internal systems and external providers (CRM, billing, authentication, product APIs)
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support to translate business needs into scalable user experiences
- Own features end-to-end including architecture, production monitoring, and performance optimization
- Follow GitOps mindset with CI/CD practices and rapid iteration
- Contribute to architectural decisions and RFCs to improve the platform over time
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack)
- Experience building customer-facing platforms or SaaS with usability and reliability focus
- Experience designing and maintaining production-grade APIs and backend services
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React or similar)
- Experience integrating multiple systems and services (internal platforms, third-party APIs, auth systems)
- Strong ownership mindset and end-to-end delivery
- Clear communication and collaboration with Product, Design, and non-technical stakeholders
