About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development to join their innovative technology team based in or near Soweto . This role is critical for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build cutting-edge software solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code across the full stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering , with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
