Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, NestJS, and Express.js, supported by a robust data layer across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.

You will play a key role in building scalable, containerized applications using Docker, while contributing to system architecture, API design, and database optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, NestJS, and Express.js.

• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for scalable, high-performance systems.

• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (2008) databases.

• Containerize applications and services using Docker, ensuring consistent environments across development, staging, and production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Migrate and modernize legacy systems while maintaining backward compatibility.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Mentoring developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience delivering and maintaining production applications .

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Expertise with React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, and routing).

• Solid experience with NestJS and Express.js for backend development.

• Proven experience with Docker containerization — building, managing, and deploying containers in production environments.

• Strong experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (2008).

• Good understanding of API design, authentication, and authorization (JWT, OAuth2).

• Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar).

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience migrating legacy databases (MSSQL to PostgreSQL or MongoDB).

• Knowledge of frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).

• Exposure to DevOps, monitoring, and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).

• Experience setting up or developing AI agents, integrating LLMs into applications, or building AI-powered workflows using APIs and tools.
