We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join an ambitious and international team working on solutions that enhance patient care and advance healthcare globally. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise can make a meaningful impact and help deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will

  • Develop clean, well-tested, and maintainable code for complex client solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality through unit testing and engineering best practices
  • Mentor team members and support their professional and career development
  • Collaborate with the team to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications
  • Actively contribute to an Agile development team and its continuous improvement

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience in backend development
  • Excellent knowledge of Java
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture principles and hands-on experience with message queues, such as RabbitMQ
  • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including database migrations
  • Expert-level knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience designing scalable and reliable applications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with highly skilled developers and product owners
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken

Salary range:

103 - 164 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

14 270 - 22 200 PLN gross (Permanent)
