Senior Software Engineer - Java8, Spring, Rest API, Microservices

We are looking for a Senior Developer.

In this role, you will work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining code while building back-end microservices and REST APIs. If you are passionate about software engineering and want to contribute to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain code
• Build back-end microservices and REST APIs
• Conduct unit testing
• Perform code reviews
• Follow best practices, including code review unit testing and continuous integration
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of development work experience
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework
• Proficiency in REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Understanding of back-end technologies, including Kafka
• Familiarity with Weblogic

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science
• Experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management
• Knowledge of additional programming languages
• Familiarity with cloud technologies
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
