You’re curious by nature, you like testing new ways of solving problems, and you’re comfortable guiding customers toward better solutions, not just building what’s asked.

• Rebuilding SJ's national railway planning system from the ground up. A greenfield systems engineering effort: defining the architecture and the interfaces between scheduling, real-time conflict detection and crew planning, then making those subsystems behave as one operational whole. AI is embedded deep into a DevSecOps pipeline built to critical-infrastructure standards.
• Setting DevOps and AI direction at If, the Nordics' largest non-life insurer. Systems engineering and technical leadership in the same seat, mapping how delivery, security and platform components fit together across a regulated estate, then modernising CI/CD, moving security left and introducing AI-assisted tooling across the delivery lifecycle. All of it on a live business that never stops.
• Scaling King’s game platform for hundreds of millions of daily players. Ownership of the mission-critical storage layer, where player data has to stay safe and consistent while being served in milliseconds, trade-offs made across the full stack, from the Java/Spanner/Memcached internals up to the internal tooling game teams and administrators depend on. Plus product support and coaching engineering managers on product thinking inside an infrastructure organisation
