Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to join a global engineering team working on scalable digital products and services.

The role has a strong focus on Node.Js backend development and system design. We are looking for engineers who can take ownership of technical requirements and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services on different applications
• Contribute to System design and software architecture
• Take ownership of backend components and services
• Work closely with engineering and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and follow established engineering practices
• Collaborate effectively with the existing engineering team
• Help frontend development on Next.Js or Flutter
• Following the engineering standards, practices, code review process, security policies.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Node.js
• Strong system design and software architecture skills
• Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and backend engineering principles
• Experience with PostgreSQL / Aurora
• Experience with AWS is a plus
• Experience with **Terraform**
• Ability to work effectively as part of an existing global engineering team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Go or C# / .NET
• Experience with Flutter or Next.Js
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices

Working Model:

• Remote
• Working days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working hours aligned with the team's UTC+3 / UTC+4 working hours
• Candidates should be comfortable working with teams across both time zones and maintaining sufficient overlap with the team
• Close collaboration with the existing engineering team and management
