Senior software engineer – oracle access portal (oap crm)
Summary
Build and maintain a telecom-focused CRM portal using PHP (Yii2), Oracle DB, and RBAC, handling customer ops, billing, and secure access controls.
We are hiring for one our clients which is a telecom operator in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise applications using PHP (Yii2 Framework).
Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in developing CRM applications within the telecom domain.
Implement modular and scalable architecture for telecom operations
Manage end‑to‑end development, including UI, backend, and Oracle database integration.
Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism
Ensure secure implementation of security protocols and best practices.
Implement audit logging for tracking sensitive operations
Possess experience in Customer & Account Management, Service Management, Subscription & Plan Management, Customer Operations, Billing & Financial Operations, and Monitoring & Tracking.
The candidate must have hands‑on experience inimplementing:
Real‑time validation (blur/tab/submit)
Grid‑based data management (filter, move, sync)
