Senior Software Engineer
Summary
Senior Software Engineer designing, building, and maintaining web applications for a healthcare/life-sciences company using .NET C#, SQL Server, React, Node.js, and Azure Cloud. Fully remote from Metro Manila, working U.S. business hours (8 AM–4 PM ET) alongside analysts, an architect, and a U.S. client team.
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with the IT Business Analyst and IT Project Manager to comprehend requirements and work closely with the Senior Architect and other Engineers to implement solutions. Additionally, the responsibilities will include documenting solutions, designs, and creating user-friendly guides.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using a mix of technologies including .NET C#, Web API (REST), React, Node.js, NPM, Swagger, Redis Cache, jQuery, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud services, selected based on the specific needs of each project.
Work closely with business stakeholders and other IT team members to understand requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain Unit Tests and Integration Tests.
Conduct code reviews and write design tasks.
Adhere to software development methodologies, version control (Git), Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and migration standards.
Basic Qualifications
At least six years of experience in software development, specifically with .NET C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
Two or more years of experience working with jQuery or a modern equivalent such as React.
At least two years of hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and NPM.
Proficient in using development tools such as Postman, Chrome Developer Tools, Fiddler, Visual Studio 2017+, and SQL Management Studio.
Two or more years of experience with Git for version control.
Experience with Azure Cloud services.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
MUST HAVE healthcare industry experience
MUST HAVE a personal laptop with a suitable configuration to connect to the Azure Cloud PC
Other Job Requirements
Candidate must be willing to work during U.S. business hours, primarily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET.
Candidate is expected to follow the client holiday calendar, rather than local or regional holidays, to ensure appropriate coverage during the client’s working hours.
Candidate must have a high-speed internet connection of at least 10 Mbps to support remote work.
Must be residing within Metro Manila or Neighboring Cities
