You will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, and drive delivery of new capabilities in partnership with Product and engineering stakeholders. The position emphasizes improving engineering standards, tackling complex technical challenges, and influencing the technical roadmap. - Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, algorithms)
- Team leadership experience including mentoring and performance reviews
