Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer with Java and Spring Boot expertise to join our technical team and own the complete delivery of software solutions.
The right candidate will lead development initiatives, work alongside various stakeholders, and maintain the quality and reliability of critical applications in an Agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Build new features and maintain existing software solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to gather requirements and convert them into technical tasks
- Address technical issues and maintain overall project stability
- Deliver consistent results to keep customer satisfaction high
- Apply Agile methodology to support iterative and on-time delivery
- Lead a technical team across the entire software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of combined IT experience spanning software development, testing, and implementation
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM discipline
- Strong skills in Java and SQL
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD processes capable of handling 20+ releases per month
- Background in Spring Boot and deploying microservices
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ
- Exposure to dockerized microservices running on AWS and Azure
