Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer specializing in Java and Spring Boot to become part of our technical team and oversee the complete delivery of software solutions.
The successful applicant will lead development initiatives, work alongside various stakeholders, and maintain the reliability and quality of business-critical applications in an Agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Build new features and maintain existing software solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to gather requirements and convert them into actionable technical tasks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain overall project stability
- Deliver consistent results to sustain strong customer satisfaction
- Lead Agile-based development to support timely and incremental delivery
- Oversee a technical team across all phases of the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of IT experience spanning software development, testing, and implementation
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline
- Strong skills in Java and SQL
- Hands-on knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices capable of supporting 20+ monthly releases
- Background in Spring Boot and microservices deployment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ
- Exposure to dockerized microservices on AWS and Azure
