Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
- Support Java and Spring Boot backend applications.
- Troubleshoot MongoDB-related data and application issues.
- Assist with AWS deployments and cloud operations.
- Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
- Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
Experience Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
- Experience with MongoDB and database troubleshooting.
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and production environments.
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.
- Production Support experience is preferred.
Education: Any Graduation.
